Susan has a vast amount of experience working with survivors living with traumatic brain and spinal cord injuries. She has done everything from assisting survivors with the coordination of their care and implementing recommended treatment, to organizing, planning and managing their individualized treatment plan. Susan has also served as an acting liaison between survivors and the insurance company, and prides herself in always working to find and coordinate the best possible treatment options for her clients.
